Someday...

Someday my life will be perfect...
Someday I'll graduate from college....
Someday I'll have the job of my dreams...
Someday I'll meet that perfect guy...
Someday I'll have the perfect house...
With the perfect kids...
with the perfect lawn...

Someday I'll grow up and realize this just isn't going to happen... So Today I will enjoy what I have...My life may not be perfect but its my life. So I should stop thinking "Someday it'll be better" And I should start enjoying what I have. If I'm not satisfied now when am I ever going to be satisfied? Right!!! :)

Wow, good attitude! I wish you knew my other cousin who is in exactly the same boat as you. Returned mish, going to college and wondering where that stupid guy is thats supposed to sweep her off her feet. There are plenty of toads out there for sure. Keep your chin up! Good things happen when you least expect them!

That is absolutely right! Nobody has the things you just mentioned. Some people are really good fakers is all.
I've heard that boys and girls can not be just friends unless they truely repulse one another. That being said, maybe you haven't given the right guy a chance. Funny, kind, and fun to be with (makes you laugh) are much more important than butterflies. I promise.
Besides, the thing that causes those butterflies is a chemical reaction, literally. You are smelling his level of testosterone. That is what attraction is, and it fades big time. Also, the guys with the most testosterone are the biggest jerks because of it, they are also the most attractive to us.
In the end, its all the stuff that didn't give you butterflies that you're gonna want when the chemical reaction wares off!
Puppy love is blinding BS. Find a great best friend with nice breath and give that a whirl. (To be honest with you what's-his-bucket's best friend sounded like about that. Was he repulsive? Did he have bad breath? Did you love being with him because you could talk to him and he made you laugh? What up?)
That's reality in a nutshell. We are in fact animals. Don't wait for a fairytale. Love at first sight is really just attraction at first smell, and we can smell from a looooooong way off without realizing it.
